Asking a question, it is a simple task, many people do it, some in shy ways others in very direct ways.  It can be easy, it can also be very difficult, but it always leads back to this, did you ask the question?  I’m sure a lot of individuals make difficult choices for some the most difficult choice is to make the decision to take action.  Athletes, politicians, business executives, and pretty much any person who has walked this earth made a decision to act on a goal.  The hardest step is always the first.  Whether it be using JobMedian.com to make that first step towards your new horizon or to a gentleman I met having a drink with my father at a restaurant called Colt and Gray.  His name was Nelson,  we were talking about cooking, one of my hobbies, and how he decided cooking to him was no longer a hobby.  He went on to discuss that he, after a  successful 15 year career in financial trading and management gave it all up for a career in the food industry.   He went to culinary school and grinded through a tough NYC restaurant industry to having his own, successful restaurant called Colt and Gray.  My jaw hit the floor, this man was an example, he showed how taking that step forward, could you imagine how tough that was.  Many people have different cases, but one thing always is there, did they take that step forward?  Did you take the initiative, because if you are asking yourself why?  Shouldn’t you be asking yourself when will I?
